Do you want some tools for relaxation and for living “in the now”? Mindfulness and relaxation can help you to reduce stress, better your mental health, increase focus and improve your memory.

Join us to learn more and experience some relaxation and mindfulness practices.

Life as a student can be challenging in many ways. Participate in our themed seminars to receive information and worksheets/exercises, get tips and discuss books and apps on these specific topics. Take this opportunity to meet others with similar concerns.

The seminar is given via Zoom. No sign-up is necessary.
