Have you heard of jugger? Curious to try? Then this is a good opportunity!
What is jugger? Jugger originally comes from the American-Australian film, "Blood of Heroes"/"Salute of the Jugger" from 1989. Jugger can best be described as an adventurous, action-packed combination of rugby and fencing with a strong element of fair play, and is often referred to as a sport for those who do not consider themselves to belong in any other sport. Jugger has been popular since its inception and is now played in several countries around the world.
We meet in the park outside Campus1477, or if bad weather, we are inside, in the main hall (the small entrance on the side of the building by the bicycle parking lot)
Wear outdoor shoes and clothes according to the weather (bring indoor shoes and clothing for indoor sports to be sure).
The session is led by leaders from Jugger-club in Uppsala.
Maximum 20 participants. First come first served!
Register no later than 18 September, or as long as there are places in this form.
