Welcome to the Student Health Week for Mental Health 6–10 October 2025! A week full of activities, lectures and workshops aimed at raising awareness about mental health and wellbeing.
Mental Health Week is organised by Studenthälsan, which together with student unions, associations, nations and staff at the university makes health and wellbeing issues visible. The week is organised in conjunction with World Mental Health Day on 10 October.
The events will take place in Uppsala, Visby and online. You are warmly invited to participate!
