Are you curious about ‘forest bathing’ and mindfulness? Or do you just want a quiet moment to relax in nature? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Forest bathing with mindfulness is a slow, conscious exercise that involves immersing yourself in nature by engaging all your senses, which can reduce stress and increase well-being. During this forest bathing session, you connect online, to Zoom, from a place of your choice in nature.

The forest bathing session is led by Viktoria Rick from Student Health Services at Uppsala University.

  • Wear comfortable and warm clothes and shoes.
  • Bring a water bottle, a mat to lie or sit on, your mobile phone and headphones.
  • Choose a quiet place in nature where you can relax during the forest bathing session.
  • Listen to the forest bathing session with mindfulness guidance online using your headphones.

Registration in this form before 15 April. You will receive a link to Zoom before the activity.
