A moment of mindfulness gives your brain and body a break from the noise of everyday life. Mindfulness can help you reduce stress, anxiety and depression, manage thoughts and emotions, increase your focus and improve your memory.
As a student at Uppsala University, SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) in Uppsala, and Johannelund School of Theology, you have access to all student groups and other events hosted by the Student Health Service.
