As a student, you can experience that the demands are too high or feel out of control, something that might lead to stress. But what is stress? Why do I get stressed and how do I reduce or handle symptoms of stress?
Stress is a normal part of life. The stress response is not harmful in itself and its function is to help us cope with threatening or challenging situations. As a student, it can be difficult to know what is expected of you.
Join our lecture to learn more about how stress affects us, and how to prevent and manage it to create a sustainable and enjoyable student life.
Join the lecture through Zoom. No sign up necessary.
