Are you one of those who repeatedly put off your studying? Procrastination is a common problem, especially among students.
Everyone tends to put off tasks or decisions from time to time, but for some it creates problems. Even though it doesn't cause big consequences for everyone, it can become an obstacle for some.
Do you want help on how to create structure and routines? Join our lecture “Get things done - stop procrastinating!”. During the lecture, you get advice and tips on what you can do yourself to break your (bad) habits and to start “doing it now!”.
Join the lecture through Zoom. No sign up necessary.
Ps. You can also participate in our student group “Do it now!” where you’ll meet students in a similar position. The group meets once a week to support each other and help create structure.
The Student Health Service is available to you as a student at Uppsala University, SLU in Uppsala and Johannelund's School of Theology, studying on campus or remotely. We help you with issues connected to life as a student. We offer lectures, student groups and individual counselling to promote your well-being and ensure a balanced student life.
