Thoughts and feelings are a large part of our human experience. Sometimes they can be overwhelming. Join us to learn some strategies to manage thoughts and feelings in a more functional way.
Life as a student can be challenging in many ways. Join our themed seminars to receive information, worksheets / exercises, along with book and app tips on these specific topics. Take this opportunity to get some answers, tips, to discuss and meet others with similar concerns.
