Do you want some tools for relaxation and for living “in the now”? Mindfulness and relaxation can help you to reduce stress and increase mental health, increase focus, and improve your memory. Join us to learn about it and experience some relaxation and mindfulness practices.
Life as a student can be challenging in many ways. Join our themed seminars to receive information and worksheets/exercises, along with book and app tips on these specific topics. Take this opportunity to get some answers, tips, to discuss and meet others with similar concerns.
