All movement is good, even short walks. Join the Student Health Service on a lunch walk in the surroundings!
Getting out into the daylight is especially important during the dark season. Also breaking the sedentary lifestyle for a while gives more energy for the rest of the day.
We will walk for about 20 minutes and you will get the opportunity to meet other students while getting exercise, daylight and fresh air.
No sign-up is necessary. We will meet outside the D-building.
