Join our lovely, easy runs where no one is left behind and where joy, community and wellbeing are in focus.

At our slow running-sessions, we adjust the speed and run at a pace where everyone can keep up. When and if you feel like a nice run in good company and with a social community, just put on your running shoes and some comfortable clothes and join in. We run a trail of about 5 km in Stadsskogen (the City Forest).

No sign-up is necessary, drop in.
