Skitrip to Romme

On Sunday 15 February 2026 Campus1477 in collaboration with the Student Health Service at Uppsala University and Upplands Academic Sports federation invite all students to a ski trip to Romme Alpin, Borlänge.

Departure 07:00 am from Campus1477, Von Kramers Allé 5, Uppsala.

Departure 4:15 pm and home in Uppsala about 6:30 pm.

Outdoor day lunch

Hamburgermeal (90 g hamburger with bread, strips and drinks) in the Hamburgeriet or pasta and minced meat sauce with salad and drinks in Wärdshuset or 2 waffles with drinks in the Waffle Cottage. The same lunch coupon applies to all options and you choose food at place 75 SEK.

Registration

You sign up and pay directly via the web by card or Swish. Go to www.rommealpin.se/en and click on School and groups. Enter password: 9P27 and then place your order.

Max 150 seats = 3 buses!

Booking is open as long as there are places left between 2025-10-29 and 2026-02-05.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made by phone or e-mail to Romme Alpin. (see website for contact information) No later than the day of the booking closes, you can cancel. Refund of the entire amount paid the amount is deducted for an administrative fee of SEK 100.

Notification of illness

In case of illness, contact the responsible manager, not Romme Alpin.

Reimbursement takes place after the responsible leader sends a common list for sick participants. Alternatively, a certificate from a doctor.

The amount paid is refunded with a deduction for one administrative fee of SEK 100. About the total minimum number of ski trips is exceeded, the refunded amount may be lower.
