Do you want some tools for relaxation and for living “in the now”? The lecture Mindfulness and relaxation can help you to reduce stress, increase mental health, increase focus, and improve your memory. Join us to learn about it and experience some relaxation and mindfulness practices

Life as a student can be challenging and strenuous in many ways. Take this opportunity to get some answers, tips, to discuss, and meet others who are interested in relaxation and mindfulness. Participate in this Zoom seminar from a place where you can join in discussions and mindfulness and relaxation exercises.
