About the course
Third semester studies in Assyriology broaden and deepen the knowledge provided by studies in history, language and cuneiform in previous semesters. There is an opportunity here to some extent to choose a little more freely between different types of text and dialects and languages from the older Near East. One of the modules is assessed by means of an assignment based on texts you have studied yourself; or you can choose a historical, archaeological or cultural historical subject to write about.
