About the course
Do you want to use analogue role-playing games to inspire change in others? At the Department of Game Design, you can study the power of transformative play as a vehicle for personal and social growth. This basic course presents theory and practice in role-playing game studies and transformative game design. You will learn best practices for designing analogue role-playing games for transformative leisure, educational, and therapeutic purposes, applying these principles to a short nano-game.
Outline for distance course: The course is net-based and has no mandatory physical meetings. To follow the course, you will need a computer with internet connection.
