Aims

To train the students in preparing for and giving oral presentations and to

use modern presentation tools.

Content

The course starts with a few lectures on how to prepare and deliver a

presentation. Then each student is requested to give a presentation on a subject of his own

choice during a lecture hour. The presentation is video recorded in order to allow an in depth

discussion afterwards between student and teacher.

Assessment

To pass the courses a student has to be

present at the lectures and has to hand in a satisfactory description on how he or she succeded

in obtaining the answer to a handed out query and also be present at the presentations of

fellow students in the group.
