Aims

In the MSc thesis work the student shall apply

knowledge achieved during the four years of study

within the programme by independently solving a

problem and present the solution in a report.

The MSc thesis work shall also expose the student

to research and development work.

Content

Independent work where knowledge achieved during

the four years of study within the

programme is applied and deepened. The subject

area is chosen in cooperation with the examinor

and supervisor. The work is carried out in a

company, a department at a university or at a

central or local authority.

Instruction

Individual supervision and seminars.

Assessment

The thesis work is presented in a report written in Swedish with an English abstract or vice versa. The work shall also be presented orally at a seminar.
