Entry requirements

In accordance with the general rules established by the Undergraduate Committee.

Aims

This course gives basic knowledge in verbal and non-verbal communication and group dynamics. The course should also provide knowledge of reactions to a crisis and how to relate to people dealing with a crisis.

Content

The course consists of three parts: 1. Communication 2. Reactions to crisis and 3. The individual in the group.

Instruction

Teaching is in the form of lectures, skills training, and seminars.

Assessment

A passing grade requires:

Active participation in skills training and seminars.

Successful completioin of the written examination or the seminar.
