The project aims to deepen and broaden the student's theoretical and methodological knowledge, as well as their understanding of scientific research. The work includes literature searches, project planning, practical execution, critical analysis of relevant scientific literature, and the presentation of one's own findings, both orally and in writing. The student is also expected to participate in relevant seminars and other regular activities within the research group.

Instruction

The instruction is provided in English in the form of independent work with individual supervision.

Assessment

Modes of assessment

Written and oral presentation of the project work.

Exceptions to modes of assessment

If there are special reasons for doing so, an examiner may make an exception from the method of assessment indicated and allow a student to be assessed by another method. An example of special reasons might be a certificate regarding special pedagogical support from the University's disability coordinator.

Requirements for a passing grade.

To obtain a passing grade, a written and oral presentation of the project work must be approved by the supervisor and examiner.

Other regulations

The course can be conducted as part-time studies and with variable start during the academic year in agreement with the supervisor.
