The Culture Night in The Botanical Garden 2023

The Botanical Garden provides an ambient setting for moving meditation, Japanese culture and martial arts, classical music, and a traditional fire show. Explore the Tropical Greenhouse and hear the frogs sing. If you are lucky, the giant water lily will show you its flower.

11:00–12:00 Qigong Senior Metod, on the lawn by th pond south of Linneanum

12:00–16:00 Japanese archery – kyudo, in the baroque garden

12:00–20:00 Sounds of the rainforest, in the Tropical Greenhouse, south part of the garden

Come on in and explore under lush trees and along winding paths. If you are lucky, the giant water lily will show you its flower. Entrance fee adults 50 SKr.

13:00–15:00 Okinawa Karate Exhibition, next to the pillars of Linneanum

Free entrance but you need a ticket. Get the ticket at the entrance from 14:30. Only 130 tickets available.

17:00–18:00 Taiko Shin Kai – Japanese drums, the court yard at Linneanum

18:15–18:45 The choir Cikada - Så mycket bättre, in the Linnaeus Hall, Linneanum (in Swedish)

21:00–21:30 Traditional fire show by Waldorfskolans eldshow, next to the pillars of Linneanum
