A visit at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales, UK

On the 5-6th of Nov. 2024 Marie Lange and Ingela Marklinder visited the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in order to meet with professor Elizabeth Redmond (in the middle of the picture) who also organized a “research showcase” with colleagues and Ph D-students at the ZERO2FIVE. The stay also comprised a participation at the 21th Annual UK Association for food protection conference “Food Crime and recalls”.
