Translationella studier av organsvikt under intensivvård.
Vårt lab fokuserar på translationella studier av organsvikt under intensivvård. Vi är speciellt intresserade av elektrolyt- och vätskebalans i relation till akut njurskada och hjärtsvikt. Dessutom är vi en del av Uppsala Intensivvårdsbiobank där vi också studerar orsaker till kritisk sjukdom med fokus på blodförgiftning, akut andningssvikt och COVID-19. Slutligen deltar vi i storskaliga studier av genetiska riskfaktorer för kritisk sjukdom inom SweCovid (https://swecovid.org) och det internationella samarbetet COVID-19 Host Genetics Initiative (https://www.covid19hg.org).
