Kort presentation
Maria Bergström är docent i Europarätt vid den juridiska fakulteten, Uppsala universitet. Hon disputerade år 2003 vid det Europeiska universitetsinstitutet (EUI) i Florens, Italien. Marias forskningsintressen berör kompetensfrågor, ändrade gränser mellan det privata och det offentliga samt förhållandet mellan nationell rätt och EU-rätt inom ramen för konstitutionell rätt, förvaltningsrätt, straffrätt och processrätt.
