Rättsäker examination

This seminar provides university teachers with practical guidance on ensuring fair and legally sound examinations in Swedish higher education. Participants will explore key legislation, including the Higher Education Ordinance as well as University Chancellor’s guidelines. The seminar highlights best practices for clarity in syllabus, course information and grading practices. Through case-based discussions teachers will learn how to design pedagogically appropriate examinations that comply with local and national regulations.
