Hägerström Lectures 2023
This year's Hägerström Lectures will be delivered by Professor Robert Hopkins (NYU) on the 28th, 29th and 31st March at Uppsala University
Professor Hopkins' research lies mainly at the intersection between the philosophy of mind and aesthetics. For more information about his work, please see https://as.nyu.edu/faculty/robert-hopkins.html. There will be three talks centred on the theme of sensory imagination.
- Lecture 1: 'What is sensory imagining?' (Tue 28th March)
- Lecture 2: 'Sensory imagining and knowing' (Wed 29th March)
- Lecture 3: 'Sensory imagining and feeling' (Fri 31st March)
All lectures will take place in Humanistiska Teatern (Engelska Parken) from 13:15 - 15:00.
There will be a reception after the first lecture on 28th March.
