Undervisning
At the seminars, there will be approximately twelve students present, who are divided into three work-groups. These work-groups will prepare and at the seminars present and introduce a discussion of the material assigned to them. The assignment for each work-group will be determined by the questions in the syllabus that will be distributed at the introduction seminar.
The oral presentations at the seminars must be made in a manner which is informative and instructive to the other participants. Everyone must participate actively in the discussion. An important goal of the seminars is to train the ability to solve a problem by working with and comparing various materials.
Examination
There will be two take-home examinations, one in Comparative Legal History and one in Contemporary Jurisprudence.
