Content
Fourier, Laplace and z-transforms. Description of continuous and discrete signals and systems. The sampling theorem. The concept of poles, zeros and magnitude surfaces. Stability and causality. Analysis and synthesis of analogue and digital filters. Applications.
Instruction
Lectures, lessons and exercises.
Assessment
Written examination at the end of the course (4 credits). Passed exercises is also required (1 credit).
