Learning outcomes

After a successful completion of the course the student should be able to:

  • explain and interpret advanced project management models and theories such agile and extreme,
  • use agile and extreme project management tools to successfully initiate, plan and execute projects,
  • relate agile and extreme project management models and tools to project implementation context/environment,
  • evaluate the impact of stakeholders and changes in the external environment on project planning and execution using agile and extreme project management.

Active participation in seminars, written and oral assignments and final written exam.
