Learning outcomes
After a successful completion of the course the student should be able to:
- explain and interpret advanced project management models and theories such agile and extreme,
- use agile and extreme project management tools to successfully initiate, plan and execute projects,
- relate agile and extreme project management models and tools to project implementation context/environment,
- evaluate the impact of stakeholders and changes in the external environment on project planning and execution using agile and extreme project management.
