The Department of Business Studies
Here research is conducted in five sectors within business studies: Accounting, Entrepreneurship, International Business, Management and Organisation and Marketing. This research contributes to increased knowledge about how businesses and organisations function, are led and develop in a global context.
The research vision is to build a deep expertise in each sector and fostering interactions between them. The focus is on high-quality research and investment in long-term research efforts anchored in empirical analysis. The department's aspiration is not only to build on, but also to question and challenge the concepts and assumptions of the established literatures.
