About Bistro Rudbeck
The restaurant is located inside the main entrance, to the left after the reception desk. Here, you can kickstart your day with fresh rolls, juices, smoothies, and freshly brewed coffee. Every weekday, from 11:00 to 13:30, (excluding holidays), a well-prepared lunch buffet is served featuring plant-based dishes as well as meat or fish options.
Bistro Rudbeck also offers catering with a wide variety of food and beverages, such as a dissertation buffet, sandwiches/cakes, and business lunch/dinner with an à la carte menu. To place a catering order, please send an email to catering.uppsala@nordrest.se.
