Vacations in the reception
During July you cannot use the form to book an appointment within the next 14 days. If you need to make an appointment earlier, please contact the reception: reception-ilag@uu.se
Due to the vacations, it may take up to a week before you receive a response.
If you need a longer visit to the reception, it is good to book an appointment to reduce waiting times and queuing.
Estimated visit time for different types of cases:
- New employee who only needs a campus card - 10 minutes
- New employee who needs campus card and account activation - 15 minutes
- Sign an agreement for venue booking - 5 minutes
Before you make an appointment
A person who has been registered in AKKA can pick up their campus card and activate their account no earlier than the day after the registration because the passage systems need to be synchronized with AKKA during the night.
Campus card and account activation can be done from the start date in the AKKA system (the exception is if the registration was made on the same day).
The reception cannot make registrations or changes in AKKA.
Bookings
Booking requests are sent to the reception via e-mail or the form below.
Remember that new employees and guests need to bring a valid ID in order to pick up a campus card and activate their account.
Which ID document is valid?
Valid ID documents:
- Passport
- National identity card Sweden
- EU/EEA national identity card
- Driving license Sweden
- Driving license EU/EEA
Unapproved ID documents:
- Photo in mobile phone or other copy of ID document
- Residence permit
- Extract from the Swedish Tax Agency's register
- Digital ID card
- Bank ID (Can be used to activate an employee account but not to get a campus card/key)
