If you are completing your studies at Uppsala University - Campus Gotland this spring, you are warmly welcome to our annual ceremony for this year’s graduates.
We are delighted to welcome you to this year´s Closing Ceremony! This event is our way of expressing gratitude for your time at Uppsala University and wishing you all the best for the future – and to celebrate all your achievements together with friends, family and teachers.
The ceremony will take place at Wisby Strand and will feature music and speeches. Following the speeches, there will be drinks, snacks, and mingling.
When: Thursday, 4 June at 16.30-18.00
Venue: Wisby strand
Registration: The invitation has been sent to all graduating students via e-mail, to the address you provided in connection with your application via Universityadmissions.se. You need to register yourself and any guests (max 3). If you can't find your invitation, you can register here by 26 May.

PS. You don't need to have received your degree in order to attend the ceremony as this is not a formal graduation ceremony. Read about degrees.
PPS. Individual study programmes may also arrange summer closing activities for their students. Naturally, students are welcome to participate in both.

The University's guide Mikael Norrby offers guided tours of Visby, exclusively for the guests of our graduating students.

Limited number of places available; first come, first served. The guided tour will be held in English.

Apply for a degree at the University
When you have completed your studies, you are welcome to apply for your degree certificate. Degrees are issued upon request.
