Student services at the departments and campuses
For questions about specific courses or programmes, examinations or, for example, registration you can contact your department's student services or study counsellor directly. They have specific knowledge to answer your questions.
There are twelve campus areas at Uppsala University – eleven in Uppsala and one in Visby, Gotland.
Campus Gotland
Student services at Campus Gotland are available at the reception and at the study administration. Visit the reception if you need help with campus cards, exams to collect, etc. You find the study administration in the D building on the 2nd floor, they can help you with course-specific matters such as registration.
General student services
You can contact the student services in Uppsala for general questions regarding your studies, via email och telephone.

At the Service Centre in Segerstedthuset in Uppsala, you can pick up
- certificate of studies
- one time code
- campus card
- degree certificate.
The Service Centre is open Monday–Friday at 8.00–16.30 and can be reached on phone 018-471 55 50.

Emergency or crisis
113 13 is Sweden's national telephone number for information in case of serious accident or crises. Call when you need information, or have information to give, about major accidents or crises such as storms, epidemics, a flood, or any major events in the community.
In the event of a serious incident at Uppsala University and/or when in need of a security officer due to difficult situations, call the University's emergency number.
