Student Health Service
The Student Health Service helps you with issues associated with life as a student. It may concern issues caused by stress, sleep problems, low self-confidence, performance anxiety, speech anxiety, too much alcohol or other things that make student life complicated.
We offer courses, workshops and individual counselling. Students at Uppsala University, SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) in Uppsala and Johannelund School of Theology, on campus or remotely, are welcome.

If your problems are not work-related, contact a health centre, where you can get help with physical and mental problems, including contact with a counsellor or psychologist.
Lectures and courses on demand
In addition to the regular range of seminars and groups for students, the Student Health Services also offers lectures and courses on request from, for example, student associations, study counsellors, or programme managers. Feel free to contact us if you want to book us for a lecture or course!
