The workshop will introduce the UCD Impact Planning Canvas, a practical tool developed by University College Dublin to help researchers and research teams plan, articulate, and strengthen the societal impact of their work.
During the workshop, participants will:
1. receive an introduction to the Impact Planning Canvas tool
2. explore stakeholders, pathways to impact, and implementation strategies
3. work hands-on with the tool using their own research projects or ideas
4. discuss challenges and opportunities together with colleagues
The workshop combines short presentations with practical exercises and reflection, and no previous experience with impact planning is required.
We will meet in the reception area on the ground floor (plan 0).
