We are pleased to announce a new collaboration between Uppsala Trial Forge Centre (U-TFC) and Uppsala Clinical Research Center (UCR).

Through this collaboration, researchers engaging with UCR will gain access to specialised support in patient and public contribution in research, an area of growing importance for the quality, relevance, and impact of clinical studies.

While UCR provides comprehensive support across all stages of clinical research, U-TFC contributes dedicated expertise in designing, implementing, and strengthening patient and public contribution. This includes consultations, workshops, courses, and tailored collaboration based on the needs of individual research projects.

Frida Svedin, researcher and coordinator for U-TFC, is looking forward to the collaboration:

– We are very happy to begin this collaboration with UCR, a leading actor in clinical research. By combining our expertise, we can strengthen how patient and public perspectives are integrated into research and support researchers in developing more relevant and inclusive studies.
