Short presentation
My research concerns materials and surface coatings for energy and environmental applications, for example are electrochromic and thermochromic coatings for smart windows, gas sensors for environmental monitoring, photocatalysis and solar absorber coatings. The research field involves studies of structure as well as optics, light scattering, impedance spectroscopy and electrochemistry. I am also interested in properties of porous materials and optics of nanoparticles.
