Development of Uppsala Science District
Uppsala Science Park, together with the surrounding research and knowledge environments, is set to evolve into a strong, connected innovation district under the name Uppsala Science District.
Uppsala University Hospital, Rudbeck Laboratory, Uppsala Biomedical Centre, Ångström Laboratory and Uppsala Science Park, home to over 140 companies in the fields of life sciences, materials science and IT.
Uppsala University Hospital – our most important collaboration
In cooperation with Uppsala University Hospital we train more than 3,000 physicians, nurses and other medical staff a year. We conduct world-leading research to create new treatments and solve the puzzles of serious diseases.
