Short presentation

Carl Fredrik Bergström is Professor of European Law and Law Faculty Dean. His main areas of expertise are EU law, constitutional theory and legal methods. His current research covers the right to access documents in Europe and EU regulation on energy transition.

Research

Carl Fredrik Bergström has his main field of expertise in EU law, with a focus on inter-relationship to national constitutional law, fundamental principles and system of norms, regulatory behaviour and legal methods. His current research projects are:
