Research

My research interest area is the various processes in understanding the assignment and its responsibility. Mission and responsibility understanding as learning processes are formed and created and transformed throughout the working life and is an essential part of professional competence. I am interested in exploring how this learning process gets started, how to design it, what strategies can be used to promote and maintain it?

Furthermore, I am fascinated by the methods of commissioning and contracting. How is it to create trust and create responsibility? What is essential in accountability? These processes are important for the organizations' ability to function effectively and keep the error margins both in production and in the service sector. This is about the provision of so-called dialogue skills between the parties. Thus, the research interest ends up in the intersection of the central parts of quality technology, i.e. themes such as leadership, organization, project management, processes, responsibility, change management, communication and processes of meaning and sensemaking. More practically, I am researching the various processes in the meeting between visitors and their hosts in the hospitality industry. These processes are important and highly needed for more sustainable development in the hospitality industry.
