Research
My research focuses on the learning processes involved in understanding assignments and responsibilities, which are crucial for professional competence throughout one’s working life. I aim to explore the initiation, design, promotion, and maintenance of this learning.
I am interested in exploring commissioning and contracting methods, particularly in building trust and accountability. These elements are crucial for organizational effectiveness and for minimizing errors in both production and service sectors. My research focuses on the dialogue skills between parties and intersects with key aspects of quality technology, including leadership, organization, project management, processes, responsibility, change management, communication, and sensemaking.
Additionally, my research extends to the practical processes involved in interactions between visitors and hosts within the hospitality industry, which are vital for its sustainable development.
