G. Tomas M. Hult is Professor in the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and a part of the leadership team of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).

Biography
Hult is coauthor of The Reign of the Customer: Customer-Centric Approaches to Improving Customer Satisfaction (published by Palgrave Macmillan) and Global Supply Chain Management (published by McGraw Hill). Professor Hult is a member of the Expert Networks of the World Economic Forum and the United Nations’ World Investment Forum. According to Google Scholar, Dr. Hult is the most cited person in the world in “marketing strategy” and “international business.” He has been affiliated with the Department of Business Studies at Uppsala University since 2013.
