Short presentation

Jakob Westergren is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Communication at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He is also affiliated with the Department of Business Studies at Uppsala University where he obtained his PhD in business studies (organization theory) in 2025. His PhD thesis addressed how schools enact competition. Jakob is interested in research pertaining to organizational sociology, educational institutions, and legitimacy.
