Short presentation
My background is in political science, gender studies, and development studies. My general interests include issues of identity, power, class, gender and the environment. In my dissertation, I study how Swedish universities and researchers relate to and work with their responsibility for the environmental impact of air travel. I use qualitative methods and Foucault's theories of governmentality to study how the ideal productive and environmentally conscious researcher is constructed.
