Short presentation
I am an associate professor in psychology and a licensed psychologist. My research focuses on how psychosocial factors in working life affect health and sickness absence in workers. Examples of specific areas are the impact of workplace leadership, health-related outcomes of horisontal and vertical gender segregation in the labour market, and health consequences of workplace violence.
