Short presentation
I am a Senior Lecturer in Public Health Sciences, an Associate Professor in Psychology, and a Licensed Psychologist. I am the research group leader for Public Health, Working Life and Rehabilitation.
Research
My research broadly focuses on how organisational and social factors in working life affect health and sickness absence. A particular focus is on social position and inequalities in work and health, and on how working conditions and health differ across groups in the labour market. I also study the role of leadership and organisational justice, with an overarching interest in how working life can become more inclusive and sustainable.
