Short presentation
M.Sc. 1985 (Y), Ph.D. 1998, and Docent 2015 (Electronic Devices), all with Linköping University, Sweden. His career includes positions at large companies in the semiconductor and electronics business, and academic research. His research includes CMOS and bipolar process integration and devices, RF circuit and power amplifiers, CMOS analog circuits, FPGAs, and sensors. He has published 90 journal and conference peer-reviewed papers, one book chapter about SiGe devices, and holds 40 patents.
