Short presentation
M.Sc. 1985 (Y), Ph.D. 1998, and Docent 2015, all with Linköping University, Sweden. In Uppsala since 2021. My career includes positions at large companies in the semiconductor and electronics business, and academic research. The latest research includes FPGAs, sensors, neuromorphic circuits for edge computing, quantum devices, and in-body wireless communication. I have published over 80 journal and conference peer-reviewed papers, one book chapter about SiGe devices, and hold 40 patents.
