Alexandre Schifano

My preferred field of work is working with molecular data to study evolution.

I am currently working on the mito-nuclear conflict between deleterious mitochondrial mutants and nuclear coded mitochondrial maintenance programs in C. elegans.

I previously worked on a mathematical model of the evolution of CMS (Cytoplsmic Male Sterility) and altitude adaptation in a moth specie using Pool-seq data.
