Short presentation
My PhD thesis was centered around sedimentary ancient DNA (sedaDNA) extracted from Scandinavian lake sediments, from the Holocene and Pleistocene. It included population genomic analyses, ecosystem reconstructions and a novel bioinformatic pipeline for analysis of shotgun sequenced sediments.
