Objective
The conference aims to bring together researchers work-
ing on the micro and macro aspects of consumption-
saving behavior and to promote frontier contributions
in the eld. Participants will present and discuss their
research and receive feedback from leading scholars.
Papers on all topics broadly associated with house-
hold consumption and saving are welcome, including
but not limited to consumption responses to shocks,
lifecycle consumption dynamics, precautionary saving,
heterogeneous-agent models, consumption eects of s-
cal policy, and the macroeconomic implications thereof.
We especially welcome papers using novel and high
quality data sources.

Venue
The historic main building of Uppsala University (Uni-
versitetshuset), located in the heart of Uppsala, hosts
the conference sessions.
Schedule and participation
The conference begins with lunch on December 3 and
ends with dinner on December 4. Participants are ex-
pected to attend the full conference.
Accomodation and travel
Accommodation is covered for all presenters. Partici-
pants arrange and pay for their own travel. Uppsala is
conveniently located within 20 minutes from Stockholm
Arlanda Airport.
Who should apply
Submissions are welcome from all researchers working
on consumption and saving.
