Converting SpinStudioJ formats

It is possible to read SpinStudioJ formats, used by the Q.One spectrometer, directly in MestReNova. However, for some 2D experiments the shifts in the indirect dimension will not be read properly. To solve this, the recommendation is to first export the data to either Varian format (creating a directory with a fid file) or Bruker format (creating a directory with a subdirectory with the given expno and a ser file). This can either be done for the current workspace, or for a full folder. The export option is found under File > Export. Varian format corresponds to Data format 1, and Bruker format to Data format 2.

Currently, all new runs done in automation mode will also be automatically converted to Data format 1 and are stored under Data/USER/Automation/Data1/AUTOMATIONUSER.
