Can you get more and better things done by working less? That’s what the historian David Larsson Heidenblad claims in his new book "Ta din tid" (Take your time). In a conversation with Ingrid Berg, he will share concrete methods, principles, and best practices for how to get important things done in academia

David Larsson Heidenblad argues that the ability to prioritize, being careful with taking breaks and holidays, and to protect your own and other’s ability to focus are keys to a less stressful and more productive working life.

Bio
David Larsson Heidenblad is Associate Professor (docent) in History at Lund University and Deputy Director for the Lund Centre for the History of Knowledge (LUCK). He writes regularly for Svenska Dagbladet and Sydsvenska Dagbladet and is the author of “Ta din tid: Gör mindre men bättre” (Volante).
